Lou Jones/Reflections exhibition — May 2026

This project was created for a collaborative exhibition between Mystic Open Studio and the Old Schwamb Mill, centered around the PanAfricaProject by photographer Lou Jones. Mystic Open Studio, supported by multiple grants, organized a response exhibition that invited artists to engage with and reinterpret the themes of Jones’ work. The promotional materials for the event include a postcard, poster, and Instagram post. The designs aimed to reflect the cultural depth and global perspective of the PanAfricaProject while maintaining the clear and inviting visual identity that Old Schwamb Mill had developed for the initial exhibition.

BOWLED OVER — APRIL 2026

Bowled Over invited patrons to purchase handmade ceramic bowls, with dinner included, celebrating both community and craft. I developed three poster drafts that all explored a shared visual direction—punchy, eye-catching, and inviting, with a strong emphasis on the handmade bowls as the centerpiece of the event. After refining the selected concept, I produced a range of final assets, adapting the design across multiple formats for both print and digital platforms to ensure a cohesive presence. Ultimately, the event raised over $2,000 for the MOS clay program.

Craft Fair — April 2026

This poster focused simplicity and seasonal tone. The studio wanted something that felt fresh and approachable, so I used a clean layout, light color palette, and clear typography to create an inviting visual. The design emphasizes readability and ease of navigation while incorporating subtle spring elements to give it a sense of warmth and energy. The final poster was adapted across print and digital formats, maintaining a consistent and flexible visual identity.
